Default %$@&#$* bolt!!!!

I cannot believe that I am asking help for this.
All I wanted to do this afternoon was change a couple of valve cover gaskets. I started with the front one and got so far as to get all of the parts out of the way except for the upper left motor mount bracket that goes over the cover itself. The right bolt came out no problem.
Now the left....... That is a totally different story!!!!
It appears to have cold welded itself to the bracket. I sprayed it with PB Blast, tried box end wrenches with a hammer to crack the bolt loose with, breaker bar with a socket, (ended up shattering a brand new Snap On socket!)
I am at my wits end with this thing.......
Any ideas as to get this out????
Oh yeah the bracket moves with the bolt, whether I tighten or loosen.

Got the Bastard!!!!! No heat (fuel rails are right there), just lotsa banging with a punch/ hammer.

Gonna get a new bolt to replace this one as it is a bit tore up. On the plus side, the engine compartment is cleaning up nicely now that I have a lot of clutter out of the way.

I guess I'll post pictures once I am done with getting the car back on the road.
