If there was no humming could be a fuel issue. If u heard that then depending on ya location the starter could be frozen over or defective. Make sure u check all fuses before u buy parts tho

Does "Security" flash at you when you when you turn the key to the "On" Position? If So you are in Security Lockout. Your "Passlock" system has activated and you need to do the Security or Pass-Lock Relearn!

Charge your battery then check it to make sure it is healthy. Check your battery cables. You can have enough amperage to power the lights, horn, etc but not enough to turn the starter motor. If the car won't start with a fresh battery and tight, clean battery connections then do a security relearn.

Have you checked all the fuses for the PCM and starter circuit?
