Ive been having problems shutting my trunk lately. May seem like a small issue, but it makes you feel like an idiot when you stnad there slamming your trunk about 10 times till it shuts. And advise ot get it to shut, is the latch bad?

 

try to unbolt the part that hocks to the lid and raise it up abit that should fix it
