Default 1998 Monte Carlo Daylight Running Module location

Last night while driving thru rain as the sun was going down as the evening turned into night, I noticed several oncoming cars had flickered thier headlights on and off, which hinted to me my headlights weren't on. When I arrived home, I found this to be the case. I have done some research and have found that the DLR (DayLight Running) module might be the culprit. On a 1998, where is this module located, is it something that an everyday joe like myself can fix, or, is there a simple modification Ican install to get my low beams to work again? New headlamps were installed a couple months ago by a professional installer. The High beams work fine, dome light in car works also. Dimmer switch on dash works to dim the instrument panel lights, but I'm not sure if this has any connection with the DLR. I am hoping I don't have to disassemble my dash or get into my steering column to fix this. ....Any takers??????

i know on my 2003 with a 3.8 there is a set of 2 boxes on the passenger side of the engine compartmnet. use your engine manual to determine whihc one of those relays is your culprit, if thats what you mean. i do'nt know where or fi there is actually a module though, sorry.
