Default low tire pressure light wont go off

The low tire pressure light on my 2000 ss will not go off. Ive checked the air over and over, and i have done what them manual tells me to turn it off. I had some new tires put on about 5 months ago but the light has just recently been on so i think i can rule out the sensor? or is there other ways it can get bumped. How do i check that? please help

Simple fix. While car is running, turn on your parking lights and turn them back off 3 times. This has to be timed out so it takes 2-3 seconds to complete the proceedure. You will here a beep and the light will go off. Remember it is parking lights only, so you pull back to the first stop and then push back in.
