Default Help needed with Low Tire Pressure Light

2000 3.4L LS. I have had the tire pressure monitor lit for some time now. I've tried both of the fixes given in the handbook; parking lights on/off three times does nothing and I can't find the option in thesettingsmenu accessed via the radio console.
Anyone any ideas?

What do you mean you can't find it? Do you mean that after holding the Display button with the radio powered off, and then clicking through your settings it isn't in there, or do you mean that you can't figure out how to access the settings?

Welcome to MCF Maurice!!!

Is it the original stock stereo or is it a replacement stock? - possible issue there.

I would try the parking light trick again. Remember to have your car either in ACC or running. Then just pull the light to parking and then off 3 times within3 seconds. You will hear a beep from the speakers and the light should go off.

As sure asone can be that it's the original radio. I bought the car used almost 2 years ago and the page in the owner's manual is marked with a post-it so no doubt it's been an issue before. I've tried the lights on-off method a zillion times but I'm open to advice and will try again once I get off work today.
Thank you for the welcome.

Damn... I guess the next thing to do would be to bring it into a dealership to see if they can figure it out.

Put the key to the on position, but DO NOT start the car, then try it again.

Put the key to the on position, but DO NOT start the car,
pull out the light switch, half way 3 times,
do not pull it all the way out......................

As I said earlier I've done exactly that (and the other possible combinations) a zillion times but nothing seems to work.
