Default I have the engine out. What should I replace?

I am giving my 2000 SS a new heart. I'm taking out a 220K and putting in another 3.8 with 70K from the junkyard.
I want to replace as much as I can while the car is out. (oil pump, gaskets, etc)
What would you replace?

Don't have that much of a budget for the car. I have the l36 sitting in the garage.

Valve cover gaskets and coolant elbows come to mind. I would also change all the tune up stuff like plugs, wires, filters and hoses.

^^ This ^^

Since it is a wrecking yard engine (and probably been sitting for a while) I would also replace the water pump so the bearing in it doesn't fail shortly after you get the engine running.
