hey guys, thought id share my results with prying off those gold albums and blacking them out to make the car more consistent ...

 

My back emblem just fell off one day so i decided to paint it black, just stuck it back on with 3M double sided adhesive tape. But i wish i would have read this before i did my front emblem. I could not get it off for the longest time but i finally did but it looks like crap from me messing with it to much. im thiniking im just gonna replace it.

 

Just waking up an old thread here. I am currently in the process of painting the emblems on my 2006 LT and am photographing the steps taken and I plan on posting a full write-up with photos on how it was done to try and help everyone else who is interested in doing this!
