I'm sorry man, i dont understand what you are tryin to fix. Are you trying to remove the door panel? if so which switch are you trying to repair?

you CAREFULLY pry the bottom of the door apart (there are plastic clips holding it on) and then LIFT on the door panel because there are metal clips on the top holding it on, and it should pop right off
