Default Help! 3rd cylinder misfire, warm engine

I have a 2004 SS/SC. Check engine light blinks, rough idle and acceleration, but only if the engine is warm at start. The engine runs fine from a cold start, no engine light, smooth idle and acceleration. The code references the fuel injector, but if the injector is bad, wouldn't the condition exist all the time, not just from a warm start? Help?!!!

I had the same problem as well on cylinder #4. It was the spark plug wire on mine. Good luck.
