Default headlight problems

I have a 2002 SS.
On the way home from work the tire pressure warning on the dash came on.
I stopped at a gas station and one tire was a little low but not enough to set it off. So I added a little air and figured a false alarm. The light stayed on. This morning the light was still on so I consulted the manual to see how to get rid of the light. It says with the ignition on pull the headlight **** out to the parking light position 3 times and the light will go out. It did.
So did my headlights. Now they won’t come on as DRL’s, automatically or manually. The parking lights come on as DRL’s. And the parking lights along with the tail lights come on automatically (or manually) but no headlights. The fog lights work, luckily. Weird. Any ideas? Thanks.

Solved. For now. After sitting all day the DRL's or headlights still wouldn't come on. Just for the heck of it I jiggled the turn signal stalk and they came on. Then went back out. I did it again and they came on and stayed on. For whatever reason the headlight circuit, not just the brights, runs through there. Anyway, it's been working fine for a couple of days but it will have to be replaced.
