Default front cig lighter help

I unplugged my radars power cable, but the tip and the fuse broke and stayed in there. Well I got them out but now the lighter power source doesn't work. I checked the fuse in the side of the dash, it was fine but I replaced it anyways and its still not working. I think I fried the actual lighter part its self. And I can't find any other fuses that look like they might even be for the lighter. Please all help is highly appreciated the sooner the better.

Highly possible it's fried. There are 2 screws under the rubber mat both in the cubby hole area and in the armrest. Remove them and get to the lighter from behind. It's easy to do. Put on the parking brake also, and drop the tranny down into low to help removing it. There is a clip on the shifter handle that can come off, but that shouldn't be necessary.
Check to make sure you have voltage at the wires, and if so, you know your recep' is fried.
