Default Fan control code

Hiya everyone, this is a problem I'm having difficulties with and could really use some help. I have an '01 SS 3800 n/a, and it has a secondary fan control code. I tested the fans and they work properly, and I found that it apparently blows the 25a fuse for it too. I believe it is keeping my a/c from working as well. Only part left I haven't replaced is the relay. I've checked the site as best as I can and can't seem to find anything about it. Anyone have any guidance or experience with this issue?

Below from Mr Google,
I hope it may help until a member post on your problem> Good LucK<
Try removing all fan relay's coat them with dielectric grease, plug them back in and this should work.

The code is P0481, btw. Any additional help is greatly appreciated.

I think I fixed it. I replaced the black center fan relay and fuse. Fuse hasn't blown and the code has stayed cleared.
