It means that the sensor behind the convertor is not producing voltage properly or being read properly.Usually its a bad O2 sensor but could be in the wiring to the sensor or the PCM.I would change the sensor and have the code cleared and see what happens.

LMFAO good job chump....i passed mine with no cat converter 2 months ago. i do have the 02 sensor if you need it. have less than 27k miles. you can have it FREE.
