It could be your coupler in supercharger.. ,Remove belt and check play..

I couldn't really hear it very well until about 1:00 into the video myself. However, that supercharger doesn't sound very smooth and consistent, and it seemed to be loudest at the serpentine area and near the mouth of that supercharger. I wonder if that could be your culprit?
I will also take back whaT I said about valves. Wouldn't eliminate it as a possibility, but that didn't sound like a valve to me. Valves are more of a high pitch tinging sound that almost echoes a bit.... i guess a wind chime is the best way to describe that sound.
