Dash Lights wont work at night

[QUOTE=seal0716;187239]here ya go gmcman101 and anyone else who has had this problem. I took everything apart and got my old one out so you could see what Im talking about. This is what causes the dash lights to go out at night but be on in the daytime.
STEP 1 : Take apart the dash to get to the dimmer switch, take the dimmer switch off. (All together, 6 screws)
STEP 2: Unhook the wire harness and look at the connectors, there is most likely a burnt connector as you see here in the top left. Theres your problem
so i did this but mine is in perfect condition. 12v grey wire is dead so is the 2 amp fuse for the steering column. Got no power at at it at all.. Is there a relay to control these lights? I have no guage illumination at night no prindle at night no dome lights or interior light but do have rear defrost.. Im so confused right now.

Welcome back. Not sure as I haven't experienced that but I had all lights working except headlights and I had to replace the turn signal multiswitch to get them to work again. Maybe could be an issue with it when you click it for high beams.
