Default Cooling fans not working

Car over heated and purged the radiator, i replaced the radiator and cooling fans are not working which in hindsight may have caused the original overheating, i have replaced the relays and fuses still nothing is there anythung else to consider before i replace the fans themselves??

I currently own 3 6 gen Monte Carlos . An 2002 SS, 2002 Dale Earnhardt SS and a 2003 high sport. I have had to replace the cooling fans in all 3 cars for over heating issues.

The fans operate in a series configuration and parallel configuration to obtain different fan speeds. In the low speed operation if the right fan circuity opens (electric motor burns up) up then neither fan will work, but it sounds like high speed doesn't work either. I attached a wiring diagram that may help you out. I would make sure your fuses you replaced are getting 12vdc. If they are then Remove the fan connector of the right fan. I would put a multi meter (volt meter) on Gray wire of the right fan and then the other wire of the multimeter on a good ground. See if you have 12vdc when the low speed fan is on, easiest to do that is turn the AC on. If you have voltage there then the relay is good as well as the PCM control. Then plug the right fan back in and check with your Multi meter from the left cooling fan blue wire of the fan connector to a known good ground. See if you have voltage when the AC is on. I suspect you will have voltage at the right fan connector but when you test the left fan connector blue wire to ground you won't have voltage. That would tell me your right fan is dead and since the left fan is not even coming on with high speed (both fans are in parallel circuit) then that fan is dead as well. Final step would be to remove the fan connectors and ohm the pins of each fan separately and see if you read a resistance to the electric fan windings. If your meter shows and open circuit then the fan is dead.

Thank you, but i have updated issues, i changed the coolant temprature sensor and the fans wouldnt come on for anything,so this evening it got cool outside so i just drove it for 18 miles on a limited access highway. At the end of the 18 miles i noticed my temprature guage had quit working, so i got it stopped and raised the hood to see if it was the guage or if i purged another radiator, and the radiator hoses had pressure so i spun the flashlight to check normal areas for leaks and noticed that my fans were going wide open, i am confused on what this means and how to address the sutuation……. This car is making me feel like an idiot, but i need all the advise i could get please and thank you

Good news to your fans are working and the motor is good on them. Can you confirm for sure both fans were actually on?
I am attaching some paperwork to check the resistance of the temperature sensor, since you don't know what the actual temp is I would start with a cold engine and look at the chart for ambient outside temperature or garage temperature if you park it inside. Unplug the connector while the engine is off and check resistance across the sensor. See if it lines up with closely with the matching temperature it should be reading.
As it states in some cases some codes in the PCM and temperature sensor faults will cause the PCM to run the fans all the time. You can also check the one side of the coolant temperature plug to see if 5volts is being sent to it from the PCM.

I understand that, however how do you think the gauge in the dash gets its signal from? The sensor you replaced, if the dash is not displaying the correct temperature or no temperature at all then it has to the be sensor input to the PCM not being read correctly by the PCM. I have bought parts before that fail either a short time out of the box or don't work at all. It also could be where the sensor gets hot and then the circuit opens up or shorts. All I am saying is use what I gave you and make sure you are receiving the correct voltage to the sensor with the key on and check to see if the resistance of that new sensor is within acceptable range.
