Changed Blower Motor Resistor...Still no heat

Took my 2000 Monte carlo to an electrician and they said they blower motor resistor was shot so I bought a new one and installed it. Still the blower is not blowing. Any suggestions???

IF it doesn't blow in any position, I would suspect the motor or fuse. If it blows in some positions and not others, it's the resistor.
