Battery Recommendations?
#11
X2... That's what I run... A little more expensive but worth the solid cranking amps and long, long life...

That might be the direction that I go. I just stumbled upon a new problem now so I dont know if I can get it at this moment.

Update: Ok I fixed my problem where I had almost a half of gallon of water in my gas tank last night and from all that excessive key on key off and cranking with no start my battery has moved on to the afterlife. I really dont have the funds to buy a good one like mentioned so I just took it upon myself to start another project. Since my truck ran outta gas (long story, another thread) I decided to use its battery but the problem is that its top post and not side. Being the rigger that I am I removed the prong things and connected them to my battery wires to make them longer. I had to sqeeze that big battery to make it fit but I got it! So now I have a top post battery and my car is on the road to recovery to getting that last bit of water out of my tank. Thanks for the good recommendations but in the end I just couldnt afford it after all these projects im doing lol. The battery I had is black with white lettering and no name brand on it at all??? Now I have an Economy battery producing 816 cca at 32*

Is that battery secure so it won't move around on you? The positive terminal is awfully close to the radiator cap...hate to see it short out against it. Do you have good clearance between the terminals and underside of the hood? It might be a good safety precaution to invest in some terminal boots:
