Default 85 monte problem

I just purchased a 1985 monte carlo CL 4.3 v6 with 60,000 miles on it. It has been garaged for thepast 8 years but when i got it i had a new fuel pump, fuel filter, gastank and 2 new injectors installed. When i start to accelerate it starts to get real jumpy and lunges forward then goes back normal for a few seconds. Then its normal until i get to 25mph, then it starts to do it again. but as soon as it gets to about 30 mph, it runs amazing.. any ideas???

Thanks,

Joey

Check the catalytic converter and make sure it isn't plugged. Does it feel like a power issue or transmission issue?
