2000 Monte Carlo LS.

Installed my aftermarket radio today and I had my power wire going to the Cluster/PCM/BCM or what ever it say's, everything was good until 20mins ago when I went out, its like the hi beams were stuck on then went off and stayed off I had to pull the lever back to keep the hi beams on, then when I shut the car off they kept flashing on and off, so I got them to finally stop, so then I put the wire to my turn signal fuse and the same problem, I start my car and it show that my hi-beams are on then they shut off and only my parking lights are on IDK what to do at this point
