Default 2004 Monte Trouble

Hello,

I'm new to this forum. My '04 is giving me fits. It's runs rough, gauges go dead, and flashes multiple service messages (service engine, service traction control, etc.) intermittently. I'm thinking BCM or ignition switch. Something common to eveything. Any experience with this one? Thanks.

Okay, I think I have it fixed. I pulled the ignition switch out, and messed with it, while it was running. It seemed to affect the problem. I replaced the switch, and the problem hasn't returned (So far!). I know how intermittent problem can be.

That was actually my suggestion, the ignition switch. My dad's 04 Trailblazer had the same symptoms, gauges going crazy, engine felt like it was going to stall, etc. Replaced the ignition switch and it's been fine ever since.
