well..both of them are...yes...you just have to cut the wholes in for the body kit to go through...all the little tabs, its actually the only one gm sells now...you have to cut the holes in it no matter what now...very easy job with a dremmel though...
and the fog light pieces you just have to unscrew the little plastic cover out of the way
so short answer yes...it will work...

See this link for pics... I got rear ended.. Quote is $1000, but looking at the break down I did not see the tail light...

yah...rear bumber is same...just need to cut holes in it for the body kit to slide into
you can always check on ebay for this bumper ....sometimes they're on there really really cheap...
unfortunately from what i can see nobody other than gm is making the rear bumper...well in canada anyway...so check ebay and you can get them really cheap sometimes
but if its going through insurance just let the body shop do it and get it all through gm in this case...unfortunately its not made aftermarket..because they fit just as good as factory parts 99% of the time
