You could give this one a try. About $130 and no shipping costs. It's from a top rated seller, too.

You have a picture? I don't know where you live or how bad it is; but you can fix cracked bumpers. Post a pic you may beable to fix it or have it fix.

if its not bad you can probably have it just bondoed and fixed or something, but if you need a new bumper, do you need the high sport? that will be more expensive if so

crazy, the first time I visit in a long time someone has the same problem as me. Convenient. Here is a picture of my car's minor accident. What do you think would be more cost effective for me? Regardless im going to have to have it painted. Can you tell the difference between the fresh painted and old?

Sorry, no picture came through on your post. If it was a "minor" accident then it should be fixable with bondo, of course it will take a bit of work to make everything look right which is why I don't like bondo - I have a little bit around my fender but it wasn't sanded properly and it looks rough. Paint after time will start to dull and fade. The color shouldn't have changed much mainly it just starts to loose it's "shine." It shouldn't be noticeable as long as the paint is mixed properly. Most paint now is mixed by computer though so you should be fine.

Yeah that's not too bad. Bondo should take care of it, and that little knick by the fog light really shouldn't even need anything more than a dab of paint with a brush. But honestly for best results I'd have a body shop do the repairing of it. They have stuff that's better than average consumer products and they can usually make it look natural.

Sorry OP for sort of thread jacking.

mine is a bit more severe than that. its bad enough that i had to temporarily duct tape it until it is able to be fixed i found a great deal on ebay for a whole new front bumper, tho @ $55 for the part and $50 for shipping. great deal in my mind. im going to order it and have it painted where i live and install it myself.
