An 04 Monte doesn't have a chip in the key. What problem are you having?

My remote stop Working to the alarm i tried the method several times so is there a way to reset a aftermarket alarm i change the battery in the remote and still not
working

You need to find out what kind of aftermarket alarm you have and get a manual for it. They can usually be reset or reprogrammed.
