Default NO Hazards NO Brake lights

Hello all!

I have a 2000 Monte Carlo SS. I'm having issues with the Brake lights and hazards. My blinkers are working and the Tail lights come on but no hazards or brake lights. We have tested the power to the rear lights, it was not getting power. Tested the fuse box where the Hazard switch fuse is and there was no power. Next we opened up the dash and tried to replace the hazard switch with no change. Any Ideas of what might be going on? Im also not getting power to my blower for the AC and Heat. It used to work on setting #5 but now nothing. Thank You for your time.

replace hazard switch in dash

for blower issues, replace blower motor resistor under the dash

We tried a replacement switch already but it had the same issue. Turning Signals work but the hazards wont come on or the Brake lights. Fuse looks good but no power when tested at the box.

Replaced Brake Switch but still having the same problem. When testing the fuses on the passenger side. Im not getting power to the Brake Switch, Hazard switch, HVAC Blower, AUX, and CIG. Blinkers are working and so are Taillights, We tried replacing the Flasher also but that wasnt it. Any other suggestions?

Wiring manual shows that all of those items are run though individual fuses in the passenger side fuse block, but they all are powered from a single 60 amp fuse labeled RT I/P in the top underhood fuse block. Check there.
