Default 1.8 rockers

Hey....I know the 2006 Monte Carlo SS V8 has the LS1 springs on them, but would they be good enough for 1.8 yella tella rockers without valve float? Please let me know. thanks.

Off the forums I visit I have NEVER heard of a problem with valve float on 1.8's.

Futher it's a roller rocker which means much less deflection and will be very durable.

Oh ok. Good. I had an 04 GTO and the 1.8 rockers were too much for their ls1 springs so i had bought ls6 springs. Thanks.

How much difference does the 1:8 or 1:9 rockers make? I'm thinking of doing this mod on an otherwise stock 3.8, then adding a CAI and tuner. I already have a high flow cat, u bend delete, and cat back system.
