little update, i know as of yesterday morning it was a combination of the ECM and TCM shorting out at the exact same time, what are the odds right? ECM and towing and rental car (whether they like it or not) should be covered but the TCM is out of pocket, not horrible i suppose. Just unsure whether i want to take the risk of keeping it or not.

 

oh yea chibi, theyre taking care of the power steering for me with the current recall, but the repairs i had done were made before the recall :c im still going to push as much as i can but im not holding my breath for any reimbursements. they should owe me a small fortune the way i see it

 

I wonder if there is anyway that this car was previously in a flood. That is a lot of stuff to go wrong all at once.

 

im having freaky problems with mt trac control/abs system.....

code is a c1225....lf speed sensor or somethin like that.also the trac switch gets hottt/////and the lights go on..

also having a 40-45 surge ,hesitation.....help????

OR WHERE IT WAS FROM......ALOT OF CARS SOLD IN THE FLOOD PLAINS...AND DRYED OUT TO SELL EM.....

 

Nah, my car wasnt in a flood. Did figure out the problem though! it turned out to be where the TCM had to be moved after i installed the K&N Intake, it was sitting to close to the exhaust manifold (i dont care what people say a metal plate is not a shield, on the manifold, not the K&N system) and after months and months of getting way hot and way cold, she just couldnt take it anymore, will be wrapping my exhaust soon and foil taping the backside of my K&N plate shield which the electronics are mounted to. Not sure what to tell you ladderman :c
