Log in no longer has the box for keep me sign on, What happended to that?
I hate to have to log in every other day?
Can we get that box back please?

 

Interesting, I see you are right, the check box to stay signed in sure enough is MIA. I noticed last week I had to sign back in, but I also notice I have not had to sign back in since.


I forwarded this to support with Internet Brands to see what information they can provide.

All log-ins are now remembered by default.

So unless you manually log-out, or unleses we need to log everyone out for a major software push, you will remain logged in.

 

Well this doesn't seem to working today, so far on 6/5/2018.
I have had to log in 2 times.
I never experienced that issue with the check box. maybe every 30 days now I have been doing the log in thing every week for sure.
So the default is not working for me.

 

Try using another browser and see if it makes any difference... I'm not sure which browser you use, but definitely don't use Internet Explorer.

 

I have been using Firefox on my laptop and desktop. So far, I have not had to log in since that last initial time.


Also, may have to do with various settings of the browser (clearing cookies or perhaps running in a privacy mode).
