Default can anyone help me with how to make a port?

what i did what build my box for a 10"kicker l5. the box is a similar build to the factor truck box that is made by kicker. does anyone on here know how to construct a perfect slotted port (which the kicker factory one had) if they knew my measurements. the box dimensions...

H1=16"
H2= 3"
W1=12"
W2=6"
L=21

heres a pic of the box to get an idea...

thanks for reading and help

So you designed a box without factoring in the specs of the port? That's all kinds of wrong. The port is gonna take up a significant amount of volume in that box and i'm not sure you're gonna give the sub enough air space to do it's thing. What's the volume of each box as is? What tuning are you looking for? Considered an aero port? What made you decide to go with a slot port? How is the bass going to get into the cabin?

the ports are going to be slotted and my airspace is going to be perfect. what i need is the measurement for the kicker truck box slotted port so i can copy it. Idk anyone with one to measure nor can i find a website with that info.

heres the kicker box to see and measurements...

Solo-Baric L3 Sub Boxes | KICKER

the kicker L3 and L5 are basically the same. click specs to see all the kickers measurements and you can see my box is a slightly changed duplicate. the kicker port is ported perfectly so i should just copy it in my box since the boxes are so similar

- Did you take into account the air displaced by the driver itself too?

Do you have any idea what frequency your cabin peaks at or what frequency that box is tuned to. Do you know what effect cabin gain will have your the music you play with those boxes you're building based on the frequency they're tuned to? Do you know what cancellation is and how sub placement and port location effect that?

i dont know any of that stuff lol. all i know is that the design layout i made in my opinon looks sweet. ik the box i made is very similarly constructed to the kicker prefab one. all i need to know is how to copy that port with the slight modifications to account for the two boxes slight differences. the reason i want to copy the kicker prefab boxes design and port is because i used to have one and it freakin SLAMMED! so thats why i decided to build my project off that styled box.

Seems like your goal is more aesthetics anyhow, carry on.
