i belive it would be cool to have a chat box under the car pics, thus makeing it easy to just talk about what we did to day.

I think that's what Space has been attempting to do with his daily "MCF Today" threads in the off topic section.

I used to be a fan of chat boxes on sites. But in the many different forum sites I've been on, the chat box ends up slowly ruining the site. Allow me to explain.

It starts out with the regulars just chatting about stuff in general. (Great so far.) But eventually it gets to the point where everyone is only using the chat box, and no one is posting anymore. I've seen a few sites go under because new posts were few and far between. The only time people posted was when they wanted to share pics. The forums turned into a collection of random pics and a chat box.

Sorry, but as much as I like the chat box, I think it would slowly kill this site. Besides, we'd have to get the techs to install it. And it takes the techs forever to do special requests. I've given up on getting that freakin black Monte with half a wheel fixed (logo at the top of the page).

The MCF 2day is for member's in the "OFF TOPIC Thread", to get to know each other, and post about what's happening in their life, besides their Monte Carlo : )

I enjoy reading what other member's are doing, and it gives me insight on what other member's are doing that are living in all parts of Planet Earth.... I've learned a lot from our Membership...We R a Diverse Group of HumanPeople (ok, I'm try'in 2 be human: ), in our Monte Carlo Family .....4-Sure....
