Default Speakers and small amp

I want to replace the factory speakers in my 97 z34 with some nice aftermarket ones and I also want to put a small amp in the trunk in between the 2 rear deck speakers. I dont want to spend too much on this but I want a little more sound quality and bass than the factory speakers have. I also want to keep the stock CD radio. Any suggestions?

Also, I know the rear deck speakers are 6x9's but what are the two door speakers sizes?

i recommend infinity for 6x9's. good all around sound outta them and they retail for around 120-160$. i put these in my 98 and love the sound. and yes the door speakers are 6.5 inch in the doors.
