Rear Sub Rattle?
Hey. Im rather new to the forum but I look forward to getting to know you all.
Anyways.. I have a 12" Alpine Type S Subwoofer in my trunk, and yes, it does pound out alot of sound.. BUT.. it happens to rattle the rear flat panel by the rear window (hope you know what im talking about), and it makes a horrible noise.. anyone know any quick easy cheap fixes?
Thanks!

are you talking about the rear deck. it shouldn't rattle to much if its attached properly, it may have been removed and never put back tight. if not you can always glue it to the frame near where the window meets. or can try dynomat
I have an alpine type x and my rear deck barley vibrates the trunk and some other stuff vibrate some more. my old car did have that problem but i was just like o well.

My subs bang real hard but no interior rattles idk if this will help at all but try riding with ur back seats down maybe that will help relive some of the sound waves and not pound on it so hard. Now outside rattling is bad on my car the bumper area makes all kinds of noise.
