the problem is in the arm lever they use in the monte carlos from GM. they go bad rather soon. mine recently has been giving me many issues, almost everything has begun to fail in one way or another. the turn signals only work if i play with it byu puling it back. so bad switch levesl. the highbeam left is out, lost connection. the wipers seem to work though lol
