You can use PAC products a liitle more price wise but a better product.... you don't need to get the harness with onstar since you don't use it (not activated) the harness is C2R-GM24....$119.95......and the steering wheel control interface for an Alpine would be SWI-RC... and goes for $85.80.... I've been in the car audio business for over 20 years and have seen the scosche harnesses go bad to end up costing you more money.....iPod Integration for your car and More by Pac-Audio - Connecting you to the future

METRA FTW. I've been installing their products in everything and love them. Metra GMOS-04 for factory amp if keeping Metra GMOS-01 if not and replacing with aftermarket but also get a bypass plug that plugs into the wire harness at the amplifier. The steering wheel control adapter is the ASWC. They will go hand-in-hand together and work really well.
