Doctors Note? how do you get a doctors note for tint?

i had a friend with a trans am with 5 percent. couldnt see nothin, inside nor out during night time. but it did look really nice and you knew no one could see you during daytime. its illegal here too thats why i got the doctors note. it was through my old doc. i told her i had bumps from the sun rays and she wrote it out. like saying skin causes skin problems or you burn easily.
