Default LED Bulbs

I am looking into changing the taillight bulbs on my 04 Monte to LED (not the whole housing, just the bulbs) I'm going to smoke color the stock lenses, does anyone have an experience with these, are any brighter than reg. incandescent bulbs, I've seen some reg. bulbs that claim to be brighter and have a silverish coating to the bulb but they were just B/S, some of the 3057 LED bulbs seem to be very expensive, anyone know if they are any good/brighter?

Aaron -

After seeing an Intimidator that had all of the interior light replaced with proper LED's....

All I can say is....wow.

It did look really good.
I've always kinda shied away from anything LED related because it's a little too "ricerish" for me, but this car just had all of the stock bulbs swapped out with LED's, which gave it a super clean interior looks.

Go for it man. I've been meaning to, but it's pretty low on my list of priorities right now. Besides, I didn't want that guy to think I was biting his style.

Try to see if you can grab a return policy from a company before buying the lights, and if they don't perform how you want, just send them back.

Good idea Chibi. I just bought some on ebay for my reverse lights, license plate light, foot wells and dome light. Hoping for the best. They were cheap.

this is the 921 if you use a 921 for your reverse these are in white have multi color but I think anything other then white is illegal at least here in ks

Damn, those are expensive. I'll just buy the cheap ones from China on ebay!
