Hey everyone,

Recently me and my buddies tried to install a aftermarket deck into my 01 monte SS.
We got the power and the ground and the 2 other essential wires hooked up and decided to see if it would work. The front screen of the deck would light up and then gradually turn off.. There was no writting on the front screen, it just lit up. I was wondering if i have the wrong adapters, or what? It's a Koss deck bought a couple years ago for my old car.

HELP!

 

well what koss deck? what wiring harness do u have? what other "essential wires" are you talkin about? is there any sound at all? hard to diagnose with such little info
