Default electric issues

so for the past week or so, my temperature and compass display thing overhead has not been coming on until anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes after i start my 6th gen monte sometimes not at all. Along with that the blower motor does not start up until that display is working either so no heat air conditioning or defroster in the back. the buttons light up, such as the circulated air but if i push the one to bring in from outside it wont work until everything else does either. I am figuring its a short but have heard it could be a bad ignition switch? any ideas will help thanks alot!

My 2002 SS was having the same issues. Except I also had random illumination of the Cruise light. Mine was the ignition switch. Just replaced it about two weeks ago and no more issues at all. Sounds like yours is the ignition switch too since you are having same issues as I was.
