Without looking, I am going to say "probably not".
First in 2000-2005, I believe in 2003, GM switch the HVAC controls from vacuum driven to all digital. If you are working with all digital, you *might* have a chance. But, in 2006, GM changed a lot with the car and it's electronics (I believe even the protocols used were different). But, there might be a chance it might if it interfaces the same to the BCM. Sadly, you are most likely going to need to take the plunge and do some experimenting. Not sure if you can de-pin the connector and re-pin the 2006+ connector or might have to make an adapter harness. It might be worth hunting down some schematics as well.
