Oooo I can't wait until you install it. I think the hardest part of the install was getting the box in and screwed down. I should know - I have experience installing 4 different CAI boxes LOL!!!!!!

Like Amy said, the install is easy. hardest part is getting the box screwed together after it is in place. You kinda have to work around the pcm.

Oh, and don't be afraid to be rough with the stock intake. it may need some persuasion to be removed.

..O.k.. The PCM is attached or goes into the bottom of the current air box. Correct ? I haven't really looked at that very closely. I know the instructions will tell me what to do with it. In fact I will
look them up on the web. I found them earlier. I see the opening for the MAF ( IAT ?) . Does this
go all the through to the inside ? Or just stops on the outside ?
Mine actually came with a couple of nicks in the metal frame on top. I was looking at some enamel engine paint from O'reillys. However, I do kinda like that metal look.
What do some of you do when the filter needs cleaning ? It seems to me that it might be kinda hard to gain access without taking the whole assembly out ? Just curious ? The Air Box came preassembled.

Since the inlet tube that came with the kit is more flexible than stock, it shouldn't be too hard to remove the filter for cleaning. The MAF sensor mounts just like it does on the stock inlet tube. Just make sure you remove the holder off the stock one, you are going to reuse it and install it in the hole of the new box, and then plug the MAF in.

Yea everyone is pretty much on the money....one of the main probs i had was the radiator hose being flush completely with the kit...i had to move mines in the other direction because the box wouldn't sit straight in the slot...but key note make sure you put it on all the way on because i made that mistake and went took it for a spin to hear the supercharge and when i pulled bak home I had radiator fluid and smoke everywhere..not good..but other than that the screwing is the a little challenge too..but man I still like to give it gas even weeks after to hear the air intake..love it!

Pictures, pictures PLEASE!! I plan on ordering and installing a ZZP CAI next month and would like to know what to do...? I did order a K & N for my father's 08 Ford F-150, and I have a ROUSH CAI on my 08 Mustang... I didn't install either of them, but i will be installing this one on the Monte on my own... I understand most of it, but pictures of the process helps greatly!!
