I just talked to my cousin's husband tonight who is a mechanic, and he said that he is pretty sure that it is my MAF sensor. I didn't get into any other details so does anyone know how to fix that? Will I need to have it replaced or will they just clean it?

So I finally took it in to get checked out and it turns out that there is a recall on my car. On the computer! There are issues with it calibrating when switching to E85. My computer thinks its running 3% alcohol right now when its really 85%. I'm taking it in tomorrow to get it taken care of.
