okay, bumpin96, i completly understand, now im not arguing at all but, all i was asking was if anyone thought they were any good, i thought someone could put 2 and 2 together and possibly remember the rusted out cutlass that i have a pic of in my album, and just maybe remember me mentioning that i sold it to a friend, also maybe remember that i have mentioned that i ask alot of questions for a buddy of mind being he is not to into computers, and know that that cutlass usually has the 305 which those headers are for. but i guess i should appoligize for not repeating myself, somthing that most dont like(being repetitious) so for that im sorry, ive said in the past i have a hard time with thinking people know exactly what im talking about.

Someone shut down this thread please? It's gotten way off topic and should never have been started on this forum.

Honestly though- with all the members on here, it's hard to keep track of how many cars each person has (or old cars they've sold)- much less what year/make the cars are or what engine they have.

It would just make it easier if whenever you post a topic unrelated to your car- that you specify what it's for:

"Hey guys, my friend is looking at these headers: link for his 86 Cutlass with a 305 that has just a few basic bolt on mods- I was wondering if anybody had any experience with them as far as quality, fitment, and power gains?"

That way, even if someone just joined the forum yesterday- they have all the necessary information to be able to help, and they know exactly what you're looking for. It also helps those of us with bad memories (like myself) to get us up to speed on what car you're talking about.

I will still say though, that if you want a good deal more information, you would be much better off joining an old cutlass forum for your friend and asking there- as its quite a long shot that anybody on here would have used those exact headers on a cutlass before.

NO, those headers WILL NOT work on a g-body. Well unless you want to cut the front crossmember completely out. Which I wouldn't recommend.
