I haven't done any tune to mine whatsoever. No problem on the struts and springs, glad I could help. Look forward to pictures!

I think I'd consider going with a tune now that I have a second car. I'd have to look into that more as I'm not very familiar with tuning in general or what's available.

How bad is the oil consumption issue anyway with the DOD enabled? I mean i check every my oil every Saturday and if I have to add a touch I do but I don't really seem to notice it that much.

to my knowledge the oil consumption is bad. like qt/qts not just a touch of oil here or there. ive had dod tuned out from almost day one, but i hated putting the factory tune back in the car to take it to the dealer when it was under warranty.

Mine's currently at 83,000 miles and tends to use 3/4 of a quart to 1 quart over 5,000 miles, give or take. From what I've read, that's on the mild side. There's guys that use 1 quart every 1,000 miles. Every engine is unique to the situation, be it initial manufacturing and assembly, driving environment, driving style, etc.

I have deleted the DOD on the Deuce and my oil consumpsion is still like a brand new car < zelch >
