Default Replacing the Res with a 14'

Hello guys. I just bought an 03 MCSS about 2 weeks ago and I'm loving it so far. My last car was a 3.8 Grand Prix GT so it's an upgrade. My only concern with the car is that it's a bit "too" quiet for my liking. My GP had a U-bend and res delete along with some new mufflers (can't remember the brand) but it sounded awesome at idle. The drone often drove me nuts because I'd hear that over my music

So what I'm going for now is just a little more aggressive sound. I found this on ebay:
2 5" IN OUT X 14" OAL Aero Resonator 4" Round Body | eBay

I'm thinking about getting it. Just want to make sure it was the correct size. Gonna get some new muffler as well later on because mine are stock now. But I'm hoping to remover the bend on this car and replace the res soon. What do you think of that res?

I would find a competent muffler shop and do the U bend delete and resonator removal first. Then, see how it sounds. You might be happy with that.

Try Midas Mufflers. They told me I can get a straight Pope or any one of a verity of glass packs for just under $200 installed. Pepboys has the Magnaflow resonators, But I don't know the cost.

X2 I replaced the resonator with a 30" Magnaflow glasspack and retained the stock mufflers. I like the way my car sounds. Nice and mellow...

I eliminated myresinator and replaced it with straight pipe. Changed out my mufllers with accelerator chambered mufflers and tails.
It sounds great without being obnoxious!
No droneing either !

This is what I want to do with mine. Especially because of the No Droning! Plus my pipes After the resonator and my mufflers are I Very good condition. Then the only thing I will need is a pare of Nice tips. Then my exhaust will be complete. Later, when the mufflers rust out, I will completed the Magnaflow set up.
