Default Opinions?

My cuurent mods for performance are an air intake and a stage 1 pcm from milzy. Thinking of what do for exhaust. I've narrowed it down to a cherrybomb or a Delta 40 with 2.5" piping from the cat back. Any opinions on it? Open to other suggestions to, but see no need for duals on a 3100. Also plan to get a 3.4 throttle body too.

A little information about your Monte would help.

If you're going to mod then you should do basic stuff and bigger stuff before the pcm.

If that's all you plan on doing, I would look into doing those first and then going with the tune.

What year is your monte?

I'm gonna take a guess here and say it's a 98-99 monte ls with a 3100 in it!

Bingo, a 99. Its not a tune per say as all it does is change the air/fuel ratio, makes the shift points higher along with removing the governor. Its universal, just for the butt synopsis really lol.
