I don't have any experience with Flows so I can't really call it. But I think you should hit up youtube and listen to different flows to see if you can find one that sounds good to you and then go from there. There's alot of crappy vids on there but there's quite a few good one's too. I don't know how loud you want to go but check for the cherry bomb extreme's too just to see if that sound is what you're looking for.
