flowmaster or magnaflow?

Default flowmaster or magnaflow?

i want something that is not LOUD but still deep and noticeable, i dont wanna lose gas mileage/hp/tq.

not sure if i should go flowmaster or magnaflow..
heres a magnaflow i was lookin at.

plz give me your suggestions for the best/cheapest setup.
all i need are the mufflers, i think i can chop off the tips i have already.

Magnaflow would be your best if you are still looking for quiet growl. Flowmasters can get loud.

Cheapest setup would be straight pipe or a couple of glasspacks.

I have a magnaflow turbo muffler on my 3800 monte- it is nice and deep at idle, but IMO anything other than idle sounds pretty bad- worse than other 3800s I've heard.

wish you guys posted earlier, i was pointed to the 40 series from a guy at advance so i got one on ebay so far.

aw man, well I hope you like it. I'm not a fan of the 40 series on a 6cyl myself.
