Does this restrict the sound or power because it feels better now. More low end torque from what I can tell.

Sounds good actually, they say flowmasters don't need a break in time but mines got slowly louder n louder the first 3 months, i recommend getting exhaust tips that actually fit the pipe and have them welded on it looks better that way and less chance of them falling off after months of vibration

Same thing I did here back in the spring. 03 SS. Stock downpipe (for now), NO resonator, right into Super 44's ... I personally love them, especially mated up with a Cold Air Inductions, Inc. cold air intake. Word.

the 44's sound pretty sweet i know, i will be putting a full cat back exhaust on mine i was thinking of putting a full borla kit on mine, has any one heard a monte with them installed?

I have a full Borla Cat-back on my 2004 Dale Jr. It is slightly louder than stock and gets quieter after it warms up. Here is a post that I posted pictures of my system on my car on.

I tried getting a sound clip but I don't have a good video camera and my cell phone would not capture the sound very well.
