The best set up would be to add a turbo to go with that IC! Then you would notice a drop in temp.

 

oaky this is to who asked if hes doing more mods. he is going to but no kind of charger, hes got it on a 75 shot bottle. the main reason hes doing it is cause its a test to see if itll work on his 2000 ls (i htink its a 2000, whatever its 6th gen>) he did it though yesterday, he said no extra power but very responsive. so whatever im just going to do my intake how i was gonna do it. ill tell you what, it does look pretty cool on a 85

Honestly, if you really like the look of the intercooler- they do make an air intake that is shaped like an intercooler- at least that would cut down on a little of the piping:

ha ha ha ha ha ha, he hit a speed bump and guess what... ripped the sob right off. any way he had to drive 4 miles back home and the car started running real rough like a real fine vibrating. could he have messed something up cause the air wasnt runnig through the filter??
and as for me im just going to buy some pipes and do somehting normal.
